KRISTEN BUILDS A WEBSITE

Kristen built a website
First made it out of wood
Her rabbits all snuck in at night
And found the hutch was good

Kristen is my son’s bright wife
She knew the wood was a wild
Idea, then popped the site to internet
Now everything is reconciled

On world wide web they save the farm
On world wide web they show their face
On world wide web they do no harm
On world wide web they build their place

Rich harvests to them of heritage crops
Of apples and pears, gooseberry and plum
Of healing garlic, of salad, and hops
Earth angels of garden grant them yum-yum

And bless their chickens, beatify their goats
Let their rabbits multiply, their squab coo and coo
May their enterprise grow to inspire the poets
Their bounty through years feeds you and you and you

For Avrum and Kristen, my son and his wife
I wish for a prosperous way healthy life
For Nikolai, my son’s first son,
All the strength of wu-shu and of saxophone the fun
For the rare party baby called Ella-Grace
May she hold to the mischief she reveals in her face
And may Silas Wayne continue to grow
Into the smarts of his smile’s sweetest glow
